About the Business Leadership Program

Most students within the Business Leadership Program select this field of study due to its extreme flexibility. 然而, most students quickly find their “niche” or calling after a few introductory business courses, whether that is accounting, 市场营销, 金融, human resource management, 等.  While choosing business as a selected field of study is relative to the individual, doing so will enable students to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the marketplace and be salt and light that the world desperately needs.

What to Expect from the B.A. in Business Leadership Program

Students in this program will not only learn foundational business principles and theories, such as various accounting and 金融 concepts, communication techniques, leadership styles, management and people practices, and organizational behavior but will also help students make application to those same concepts that are learned in the classroom. In essence, we do our best to ensure that the program offers hands-on experience. Most importantly, students learn how to apply these principles from a Bible-centered and ethical perspective.

Program Purpose

The Master of Business Administration will prepare graduate students for work in church administration, senior-level management, or business-related doctoral studies. Students in the program will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key functional areas of business. Courses in the degree will focus on identifying and resolving real-world business issues where students will use current research and data analysis to support managerial decision-making. Emphasis will also be given to contemporary issues surrounding human capital, 道德, not-for-profit administration, and leadership. At the culmination of the program, students will be able to assimilate their acquired knowledge in a management internship or a management research-based proposal.

  1. Possess a regionally/institutionally accredited baccalaureate degree with a cumulative GPA of 2.5或以上.
